From the local courthouse to the U.S. Senate, Heath has been the winning strategist for Mayors, County Chairs, District Attorneys, State Supreme Court Justices, U.S. Representatives, Governors, and Senators. He brings his law background to the firm, and it’s easy to tell he thinks everything through like a lawyer just by the way he talks. But don’t let his law degree put him in a box – Campaigns and Elections magazine describes him as “a skilled strategist who wears the hats of attorney, political advisor, and PR man.” Heath combines these skills and his entrepreneurial spirit to provide legal, communications, and media guidance to candidates, state and national parties, public officials, associations, non-profits, chambers of commerce, and business executives from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies.
Heath successfully managed political strategy for all of Senator Isakson’s elections and Sam Olens’s historic election as Attorney General, as well as Brian Kemp’s media campaign for Secretary of State. Additionally, he was the Lead Strategist for the Georgia Republican Party in 2010, which led to the first-ever Republican statewide sweep and the development of the modern Republican majority in the state.
Heath’s accomplishment in Georgia politics does not stop there. He served as the Lead Political Strategist for the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and numerous local community chambers’ successful referenda efforts resulting in more than $6 billion in infrastructure funding.
Heath is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the University of Georgia School of Law. He resides in Marietta, GA, with his wife, Lee, an attorney and General Manager of Times Journal/The Marietta Daily Journal and Neighbor Newspapers. Heath and Lee have three children, to whom they have passed on their love of Georgia football. You can always catch him watching the game with a sweet tea in his hand, cheering on the Dawgs.
